"Everything is available for you out of people in this wisdom course" the course leader said, and I was looking around thinking how many CEOs and managers are there as a resource for a great job, but at this point I don't really need them because I want to be a massage therapist. So we go for lunch and the first person I see is a woman from Ithaca. Guess what she does?

M1. She is a teacher in the best massage school in NY -- finger lakes massage school!!!

We had a great conversation. She totally enrolled me into going to her school, too bad it's too far...

Then Masha called and I really got how great she is taking our son and flying to Moscow to see her grandmother who is very ill. And when she told me how the grandmother was playing with Lyovka started crying -- they made it!

My subcontractor is not very responsive. There are bugs to fix and I just can't reach him for days. So I used to send him emails like "is it done yet?, is it done yet? is it done yet?" I got how it is for him to feel that pressure and try to avoid domination, so I decided to transform this conversation and just shared with him about my plans to give up software for massage, I just stopped making it so serious and put play into the conversation. I realized how powerless I felt sending him "is it done yet?" emails and how powerful and confident I am now that we'll have a great time and complete project on time.

Jeniffer's initiative was acknowledgment. It was amazing how acknowldgements just starting showing from everywhere -- her mom who never said much was acknowledging Jeniffer and saying how great and happy Jeniffer is. So much open up with acknowledgment, I am going to use it for myself as well. (My initiative is transformation, "The garden of miracles or the New Dimension")

On the way back I was on a trolley bus with a man who was a little drunk but very cool. Former programmer for 20 years, he became an astronomer. I ended up showing him my collages and talking about life. It was pretty cool
